Capture your efforts in real-time

Are you constantly working on multiple tasks at a time? Or would you like to register your

working time up to the minute? If that is the case, CrossConcept Continuum includes a convenient StopWatch feature, which allows you to start a timer when you start a task. Once the task is concluded, just stop the timer and you will have the spent effort already captured up to the minute! Then you can just push it automatically to your Timesheet to be submitted for approvals. You can use as many simultaneous timers as required, and keep these records up to seven days in the past.

Bookmark your reports

Given that CrossConcept Continuum offers a wide range of out-of-the-box reports and

dashboards that you can use to analyze the performance of your organization, it is useful to customize your views and organize your panels as desired. This way, every time you access the solution you will be presented with your own layout ready to be consumed, either online or by exporting to PDF/Excel. Once you have a report layout that you would like to re-use, you can just bookmark it with a single-click and then arrange your home dashboards so it is always included inside the panel of your choice.

Schedule your working days

CrossConcept Continuum allows you track the effort you spent working on your day-to-

day activities, but it also allows you to plan ahead and organize your working days in the future. With the Time Schedule functionality, you can create single and recurrent events across the weeks or months in the future, based on your anticipated workload. Then, once your selected time period is planned, you can push those events into your Timesheet with just 1 single click. This will avoid duplicate entries and manual updates in the Timesheet prior to the submission for approvals.

Create your records with 1 click

Based on your profile, you could have the ability to create new records in CrossConcept

Continuum, such as new Clients, Opportunities, Projects, etc. With the Quick-Create functionality, you are allowed to generate these new profiles with just 1 click and from any screen inside the platform, without having to navigate to each entity summary grid. And even if you are only using the solution to track your time entries and expenses, this functionality will also allow you to create those records in a quick manner. The menu is always visible at the top of the screen, so this will be accessible all the time.

Access your recently used records

As you work with multiple records and entities in the solution, you may want to access

them again constantly or based on the ones you use and update more often. With the Recent-Items functionality, you can access the list of your more recently used 15 records and open their profiles with just 1 click. This also has the flexibility to be done from any screen in the solution, since the menu will be always visible for you at the top area. And based on your profile, you will be also able to edit those records if desired.
